We developed a simulator WinBEST-KIT with Dr. Tatsuya Sekiguchi, Maebashi Institute of Technology. WinBEST-KIT can simulate a dynamic reaction system comfortably on a web browser(URL: http://www.best-kit.org/). This does not require the derivation or numerical calculation of a nonlinear reaction system. In this software, various symbols representing reactants and reaction steps are prepared in advance. Users can intuitively construct any reaction system visually by freely combining these symbols. Since the algorithm automatically derives the mathematical model from the reaction scheme, the user can simulate the reaction system without the troublesome derivation of the mathematical model. In addition,this simulator is also useful as an educational tool for understanding mathematical analysis of life systems.Various people from beginners to skilled people use it comfortably.
